Exchange and Refund Policy for ALAIMIN
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Claims must be made within 3 days from the delivery date to ensure timely evaluation and resolution.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange on a defective item, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Complaints about missing items require an unboxing video showing the package being opened.

Exchanges For Hijabs: We offer a 3-day, no-questions-asked exchange policy. While we strive to provide excellent customer service, we encourage customers to understand the effort our team puts into packing, dispatching, and servicing every order.
To request an exchange, email us at alaiminnenquiry@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in saleable condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Exchanges will be rejected if items are stained, worn, perfumed, or modified in any way. Exchanges are allowed once per order—exchange on exchange is not applicable.
Once your exchange is approved, send the items back to our Karachi warehouse, clearly mentioning your original order ID. The items should reach us no later than 10 days after approval. After inspection, we will issue a voucher for the scarf amount, valid for 1 month.
Please note, customers are responsible for courier charges incurred during the exchange process due to a change of mind. The process may take up to 15-20 days.
Color Issues Please be aware that color representation on screens can vary. We strive to capture colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur. Refer to our Instagram stories and video posts for more details, or contact our customer support for assistance.
Non-Exchangeable Items Certain items, including Gift Boxes, and accessories such as pins, underscarves, scrunchies are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges are also not offered on sale items, bundled discounted items, or gift cards.
Refunds Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, not cash. This credit will be provided as a voucher for use on future purchases.
Parcel Refusals Refusing a parcel after it has been dispatched incurs a cost. Please place orders mindfully. If you refuse a parcel, you will be liable to pay Rs 250 for delivery charges, and future orders will require advance payment of delivery fees.
